Terms of Use and Enquiry Terms

These terms govern your use of worldwidetradex.com (the "Website") and any enquiry, request for quotation ("RFQ"), supplier offer or chat message you send through it. By using the Website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Business use only

The Website and our services are intended for companies, institutions and professionals acting in the course of their trade, business or profession. They are not offered to consumers. If you write to us on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

3. Information on the Website

Everything on the Website, including product descriptions, category pages, specifications, tolerances, packaging, origins, images, market articles and indicative figures, is general information. It is not a binding offer, an advertisement of goods in stock, or professional, legal, financial, technical or engineering advice.

• Specifications vary. Real products follow the datasheet, test report or certificate issued by the producer for the specific batch or model. Ask us for that document before you rely on a specification; the Website text does not replace it.
• No guarantee of availability or price. Availability, lead times, volumes, prices and delivery terms change with producers, markets, freight and regulation, and may be wrong or out of date. Nothing on the Website reserves goods for you.

4. Enquiries, RFQs and quotations

• Sending an enquiry or RFQ is an invitation to discuss supply. It is not an order and it does not oblige either side.
• Quotations are prepared individually for the buyer and the request in question. They bind us only when issued by us in writing, and only for the validity period and on the conditions stated in them.
• A contract for goods or services comes into existence only when both sides have confirmed the commercial terms in writing (for example a signed quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract). Until then either side may withdraw.
• A quotation may depend on confirmation by the producer or supplier, stock or capacity, inspection requirements, and checks that the law requires us to carry out on counterparties, shipments or payments. We may decline or withdraw from an enquiry where we cannot meet these conditions.
• Terms of delivery, payment, inspection, packing and documents are agreed in the individual contract.

5. What you send us

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you may lawfully share it, and that you will not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party confidential material. If you offer goods or services to us through the supplier form or chat, the offer does not oblige us to buy, reply or keep it confidential beyond what our Privacy Policy and the law provide, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. The chat assistant

The chat assistant is an automated AI system. Its answers are for general orientation only, may be incomplete or wrong, and do not form a quotation, commitment or advice. Please confirm anything important by email or in a written quotation, and do not put confidential or sensitive information into the chat.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website unlawfully or to send spam, advertising or malicious content;
• submit false, automated or bulk enquiries, or try to bypass the anti-spam measures;
• probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
• copy or harvest the Website at scale, or use it to train or build a competing database without our written permission;
• misrepresent who you are or whom you act for.

We may block access or ignore submissions that breach these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Website's text, structure, design, data compilations, logos and images belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Website and print or save pages for your own internal business purposes. Any other copying, republishing, translation or commercial use needs our prior written consent. Names, marks and logos of producers and third parties belong to their owners and appear only to identify products.

These terms and any dispute connected with the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. Disputes under an individual supply contract follow the law and forum chosen in that contract.

These terms are provided in English and Turkish. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
