Who we are

WorldwideTradeX is a trade and project group based in Istanbul, Türkiye, operating since 2000. We are not a single factory and not a general broker. The work is organised in three business groups, and each group works with the manufacturers and specialist partners that are relevant to its own product range.

That structure exists for a practical reason. A buyer of marble slabs, a hotel that needs ZIP screens and an importer of sunflower oil have almost nothing in common, so each of them is handled by a team that knows its own specifications, documents and typical questions. What they share is the way they reach us: one brief, one coordinating contact, and a quote.

Our role differs by product line. In some lines we supply and export products from partner producers; in IT and digital solutions we develop software. Each hub page states what we do in that line.

We keep claims specific. Product and category pages list specifications and typical ranges instead of promises, and where a figure depends on the producer's datasheet or the destination market's rules, the page says so and asks you to confirm it before ordering.

How the group works

Every enquiry follows the same path, whichever business group it belongs to.

  1. Brief You describe the need through the RFQ form or by contacting us.
  2. Routing The coordinating contact assigns the brief to the business group that handles that product or service.
  3. Specialist check The group confirms specification, quantity and destination details with its manufacturer or specialist partners.
  4. Quote You receive a quote and the proposed next steps. If the brief spans several groups, one contact keeps the parts together.

One contact stays responsible for your brief from routing to quote, so you do not have to chase separate suppliers or decide which department to write to.

How to work with us

A good brief shortens the time to a useful quote. Include as many of these as you can:

  • What you need: the product, material or service, with a specification or drawing if you have one
  • Quantity or project size, and whether it is a one-off or a recurring requirement
  • Destination country or city and the delivery terms you expect
  • Target timing, such as a project start date or a required delivery window
  • Your company type: distributor, contractor, architect, importer, hotel or developer
  • Any documents or standards the destination requires

Projects often need more than one business group. A hotel fit-out, for instance, can combine marble cladding, ZIP screens and pergolas on the terrace, and an ERP or booking system. Send one RFQ describing the whole project and the group splits it up behind the scenes.
