About the division

Several factories, one coordinated supply

A building project rarely buys from one factory. The construction division reads the bill of quantities, matches each line to a Turkish manufacturer, aligns production schedules and consolidates shipments, so contractors deal with one contact instead of a dozen suppliers.

It also works with partner architecture offices in Türkiye on specification review. For larger scopes the group can support EPC and turnkey delivery or owner-side project management.

What we supply

Six supply lines for commercial, hospitality and residential projects

Each line has its own specification guide.

Cement

Grey Portland cement CEM I 42.5N and 52.5R and composite CEM II to EN 197-1, in bags, big bags or bulk.

FAQ

Questions about construction supply

Which construction materials can you supply?

Rebar, cement, road bitumen, interior fit-out materials, facade systems and MEP supplies, plus Turkish marble and architectural systems from the group's other divisions. Send the bill of quantities and we confirm what can be sourced.

What is the difference between EPC and a traditional contract?

EPC gives one contractor responsibility for engineering, procurement and construction, so the client deals with a single entity. A traditional contract splits design and build, which gives the client more control but more coordination risk.

How is material quality documented?

Lots come with mill certificates or batch certificates of analysis, and factory production control records. Independent inspection by SGS or Intertek and third-party testing against ASTM, EN or ISO standards are arranged on request.

What are the typical minimum quantities?

They vary by material: for example 1 FCL or 5,000 tonnes of cement, 25 tonnes per grade and size of rebar, and one flexitank or 20 tonnes of bitumen. Samples are available for pre-qualification.

Can you consolidate several materials into one shipment?

Yes. Cement, steel, stone and finishes can be combined into fewer shipments to reduce freight cost and simplify customs clearance, with production schedules aligned across the factories.

Which rebar grade should I specify?

B500C where seismic ductility matters, because it keeps more than 7.5% elongation at break. B500B is the common European and Middle East grade, and ASTM A615 Grade 60 is used in the Americas.

Do you help with specifications and drawings?

We review the bill of quantities and specifications against Turkish manufacturing options, and work with partner architecture offices where design input is needed. Final design responsibility stays with your consultant.

What should I send for a quote?

A bill of quantities or drawings, material specifications, the destination country and port, and your programme dates. Partial lists are fine; we flag what is missing before quoting.
