ZIP screen systems from Türkiye

About the division

One plant, one set of controls

The range is built around one idea: one plant, one aluminium profile culture and one set of motors and controls, so that roof, sides and shade can be specified together. The manufacturer describes thirteen systems made in a single facility in Türkiye. Motorisation uses Somfy drives.

Systems are made to measure and quoted per project. The manufacturer builds and exports but does not send installation crews abroad, so installation is done by a dealer or local team from the documentation supplied.

What we supply

Four system families

Choose a family, then compare models by span, wind exposure and control options.

ZIP screens

Tensioned fabric screens whose edges lock into side rails. They close terraces, balconies and facades and hold in wind that pulls a loose roller blind out of its guides.

Bioclimatic pergolas

Louvred aluminium roofs that open, close and drain on demand, with remote or app control and rain and wind sensors.

Awnings

Retractable shading in six types: articulated, cassette, oval, automatic, shade and Wintent.

Glass systems

Guillotine glass, glass roofs and winter gardens that turn an open terrace into a usable room.

FAQ

Questions about ZIP screens and pergolas

What is the difference between a zip screen and an awning?

A zip screen hangs vertically with its edges locked in side rails, so it closes the sides of a space and resists wind. An awning extends from a wall as a shading roof and stays open at the sides. Use screens to enclose and awnings to shade; many projects use both.

How much wind can a zip screen take?

Wind resistance is stated as an EN 13561 class from 0 to 3, and a class only applies to the panel size, fabric and mounting that were tested. A sensor retracts the screen before the limit but does not raise the class. Ask for the test report for your model.

Should I choose a scissor or a piston bioclimatic pergola?

Choose the scissor when guests should feel fully outdoors, because the roof gathers to one end and opens the sky. Choose the piston system when fine, constant control of light and airflow matters more. Both share the same profile family and motors.

How large can zip screens and guillotine glass be?

A facade zip screen is built up to 6 m wide and 4 m high in one unit, and larger openings are made in modules. The washable guillotine glass catalogue limit is 4,000 mm by 3,500 mm. Anything beyond that is engineered per project.

Can I enclose a terrace for use all year?

Yes. A glass roof with guillotine glass walls forms a winter garden that behaves like an indoor room in winter. Add a ceiling zip screen for shade, and confirm that the structure can carry the load and that local rules allow an enclosed area.

Do you support dealers, OEM brands and project orders?

Yes. Dealers apply for a regional programme with price list, samples and training, brand owners can order OEM or private-label production, and project companies get consistent fabric, profile and motor batches across repeat orders.

Who installs the systems abroad?

The manufacturer exports but does not send installation crews abroad. Your dealer or local team installs from the supplied manual and drawings, so plan an installer in your market before you place the order.

What do you need from me to quote?

Width, depth or projection, the number of units, site country and port, mounting surface and preferred operation. One sketch and a photo of the site are usually enough to start.
